Loadcalc 2014 Panel Schedule Trial manufacturer description

Loadcalc 2014 performs panel schedules and service and feeder load calculations for commercial occupancies and single family dwellings. It also prints panelboard directories in two sizes (4x6 inch and 6x8 inch) for inside the panelboard doors or covers. The 2014 National Electrical Code is fully supported.

Panel Schedules:
Single or three phase.
Commercial or residential.
Load calculations and demand factoring according to occupancy type.

Service/feeder load calculations for single dwelling units
Standard Calculation Method (NEC Article 220), Optional Calculation Method (NEC Article 220-30), and Additional Loads in Existing Dwelling Units Calculation Method (NEC Article 220-31).
Calculates net computed load in VA and amperes, and calculates the total service entrance load.
Panelboard Directories: Prints directories for the inside of panelboard doors.
Standard Calculation Method
Demand Factoring:
General Lighting, Small Appliance and Laundry Loads.
Cooktop, Range, Wall Oven.
Fixed Appliances.
Largest Motor Load.

Optional Calculation Method
Demand factoring of 'other loads' as per NEC 220-30.
Allows input of heating system type as per NEC Table 220-30, automatically determines the larger of heating or cooling load.

Additional Loads In Existing Dwelling Units
Load calculations for existing dwelling units presently served by a 120/240 volt or 120/208Y service.

This Software known as Loadcalc 2014 Trial version, including any associated files and documentation, is protected by copyright laws and international treaty and is a propriety product of NEC Design Software. The use of this Software is also governed by the terms of the Software License Agreement below. Your use of this Software constitutes your agreement to abide by the terms of this Agreement.


NEC Design Software grants you the right to use the software for a reasonable period of time (typically 30 days) to evaluate its capabilities. After the evaluation period, you may uninstall the program and stop using it, or, register as a licensed user and receive a license to use the program indefinitely.

You may not sell or rent or lease the Software, or obtain payment in return for the Software. You may not decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, copy, create a derivative work, or otherwise use the Software except as stated in this Agreement. At the end of the evaluation period, you must cease using the program, or you may purchase a licensed copy of the Software fromNEC Design Software.

The Software is issued as-is, with no offer of warranty of any kind. The Software does not carry any inherent technical support provisions.

These warranties are in liew of any other warranties, expressed or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. In no event shall NEC Design Software be liable to you for damages, including any loss of profits, or other incidental or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Software.

Some jurisdictions do not allow exclusion or limited implied warranties, and some jurisdictions have special statutory consumer protection provisions that may supersede this limitation. As a result, this limitation of liability may not apply to you if prohibited by the laws of your jurisdiction. This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
