SysCheckUp 3.15.1 is software designed for Windows to keep your computer running at maximum performance. SysCheckUp's registry cleaner can remove obsolete items from the system registry for increased manageability. The registry cleaner is significantly more thorough than other registry cleaners and scans and removes obsolete file extensions, context menu items, installer information, and more. The registry compactor can compact your registry for faster registry access times. The registry backup/restore tool will allow you to create a registry backup and restore it in the event of registry corruption. The disk cleaner can remove obsolete files from your hard drive to free up hard drive space. The startup manager can help you to find items that start while Windows is loading to help to decrease boot time and disable problematic startup items. The startup optimizer attempts to find and disable unused functions in Windows to decrease boot time and free up RAM. The shell extension manager can help to resolve problems related to Windows Explorer slowdowns/crashes. The system tweaker finds tweaks to help maximize your computer's performance.

End user agreement for SysCheckUp

SysCheckUp End User License Agreement (EULA)

Epiphany Software hereby gives you a non-exclusive license to use SysCheckUp.
For evaluation, the license is granted, and is time-limited.
For a licensed version, you must pay a license fee, by following instructions prompted by the program.

You may:
- use SysCheckUp on any single computer
- use SysCheckUp on a second computer so long as the primary user of each copy is the same person and more than one copy is not simultaneously used
- copy SysCheckUp for archival purposes, provided any copy contains all of the original software's proprietary notices

You may not:
- permit other individuals to use SysCheckUp except under the terms listed above
- create derivative works based on SysCheckUp
- copy SysCheckUp (except as specified above)
- rent, lease, transfer or otherwise transfer rights to SysCheckUp
- remove any proprietary notices or labels on SysCheckUp
- work around any technical limitations in the software
- reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the software, except and only to the extent that applicable law expressly permits, despite this limitation
- make more copies of the software than specified in this agreement or allowed by applicable law, despite this limitation
- publish the software for others to copy
- rent, lease or lend the software
- transfer the software or this agreement to any third party
- use the software for commercial software hosting services

Time-Sensitive Software
SysCheckUp will stop running thirty days after you install it. You may not be able to access data used with SysCheckUp when it stops running.

Termination
This license will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the limitations described above. On termination, you must destroy all copies of SysCheckUp and documentation.

Disclaimer of warranty
The software is provided on an "as is" basis and without warranty of any kind. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of SysCheckUp is borne by you. Epiphany Software gives no express warranties, guarantees or conditions. You may have additional consumer rights under your local laws which this agreement cannot change. To the extent permitted under your local laws, Epiphany Software excludes the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
Should SysCheckUp prove defective, you and not Epiphany Software assume the entire cost of any service and repair.
Epiphany Software is not responsible for any indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages of any character including, without limitation, damages for loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or any and all other commercial damages or losses.
