End user agreement for Deep Blue Sea (Mac)
SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT
Use of the software indicates your acceptance of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement.
Deep Blue Sea is commercial software. You are granted a non-exclusive license to use one copy of the software on a single computer.
You are not permitted to give copies to other parties or in any way reuse or alter any of the software, including any included assets such as music, animations, video, graphics, text or icons.
You are not permitted to reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any of the software or included assets.
The software is provided as is, with no guarantees. The supplier and authors is in no way responsible for any damage, direct or otherwise, incurred from use of the software.
The software and assets are protected by copyright laws.
All rights are owned by The Game Equation db/a Mindflow.
The Game Equation makes use of the following libraries:
