Please read the following terms and conditions before using this software. Use of Factor indicates you accept the terms of this license agreement and warranty.

Registered Version

A single registered copy of Factor may either be used by a single person who uses the software himself on one computer, or installed on a single computer and used by multiple people. One copy or license of Factor cannot be installed on multiple computers and cannot be used at the same time. A license must be purchased for each computer Factor is installed.

You may access the registered version of Factor through a network, provided that you have obtained individual licenses for the software covering all computers that will run the software from the network. For instance, if six different workstations will access Factor on the network, you will need a six-user Factor license, whether they use Factor at different times or concurrently.

WeOnlyDo wodJabber ActiveX Control cannot be used in or by any other software unless a license agreement for WeOnlyDo wodJabber ActiveX Control has also been obtained.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
