End-User License Agreement (EULA)
IMPORTANT-READ CAREFULLY: This End-User License Agreement ("Agreement")
is a legal contract between you (either an individual or a single
business entity) and "I've found" for this sofware.
"I've found" is willing to license this software (the "software"),
including the accompanying documentation, to you only on condition
that you accept and agree to all the terms of this agreement.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the program, you acknowledge
that you have read this agreement, understand it and agree to be bound
by its terms and conditions.
"Licensed Software" means (a) the software we provide to you; and (b) any
bug fixes, upgrades, modified versions or updates to the Licensed Software
(collectively referred to as "Updates") that "I've found" provide to you.
"Use", "Used" or "Using" means to access, install, download, copy or
benefit fromusing the functionality of the Licensed Software.
2. Software License
As long as you comply with, and subject to, the terms of this Agreement,
"I've found" grants to you a non-exclusive, revocable license to Use
the Licensed Software, in binary executable form only, solely for the
purposes described in this Agreement.
3. Agreement conditions
This Product may be freely used, copied and distributed as long as it is not
sold, and all original files are included, including this license. You are
NOT allowed to make a charge for distributing this Software Product (either
for profit or merely to recover your media and distribution costs) whether
as a stand-alone product, or as part of a compilation or anthology, without
explicit prior written permission. You may not rent or lease the Software,
nor may you modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or
disassemble the Software.
In any case "I've found" is not liable of any possible computer malfunctions.
4. Intellectual Property Rights
The Licensed Software is the intellectual property of, and owned by,
"I've found" and its licensors and suppliers. The structure,
organization and code of the Licensed Software are the valuable trade
secrets and confidential information of "I've found" and its licensors
and suppliers. The Licensed Software is protected by copyright, including
without limitation by United States copyright law, international treaty
provisions and applicable laws in the country in which it is being used.
Except as expressly stated herein, this Agreement does not grant you any
intellectual property rights in the Licensed Software, and all rights not
expressly granted are reserved by "I've found" and its licensors and

By accepting the terms of this License Agreement, you agree that the
Software may display advertisements on your computer and send some

6. Usage statistics and automatic updates
Your copy of this software includes a unique application number.
When you install it, this number and a message indicating whether
the installation succeeded are sent back to us.
The software also contacts our servers periodically to obtain automatic
updates to the latest version, or as part of the install/ updates/ uninstall
When the software automatically checks to see if a new version is available,
the current version number and the unique application number

The unique application number is required for this software
to work and cannot be disabled.
We do not associate this data with personally

To stop Ads from being displayed, or restore the default search / dns error page
you must remove all of the "I've found" Software applications residing on the
computer using the Add/Remove Programs menu in the Microsoft Windows control panel.
-How to restore the default homepage ?
To restore the default home page you must press "use default" in the "tool / internet
options" menu in internet explorer main menu.
