Reportizer Viewer 4.06 is a free database reporting utility. It allows previewing, printing, or exporting database reports, created in Database Tour Pro or Reportizer.
Works with relational databases (via ADO, BDE, or Interbase interfaces) and with file system.
Reports can be exported to HTML, XLS, TXT, JPEG, GIF, PNG, BMP, or STT (static report) file.
The most important operations can be performed via command line.
Can be integrated into shell context menu of folder to enable to print the list of files.

REPORTIZER VIEWER 4 END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT
COPYRIGHT (c) 2004-2013 VITALIY LEVCHENKO SOFTWARE

THIS END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT ("Agreement") IS A LEGAL
AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU (EITHER ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AS AN
INDIVIDUAL OR ON BEHALF OF AN ENTITY AS ITS AUTHORIZED
REPRESENTATIVE) AND VITALIY LEVCHENKO SOFTWARE.

PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY AND PRINT OUT A COPY
FOR YOUR RECORDS.

THIS AGREEMENT SUPERSEDES PREVIOUS VERSIONS.

BY INSTALLING, COPYING, OR OTHERWISE USING VITALIY LEVCHENKO
SOFTWARE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
OF THE LICENSE AGREEMENT.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT, YOU
MUST CANCEL THE INSTALLATION OR, IF THE SOFTWARE ALREADY
INSTALLED ON YOUR COMPUTER, PROMPTLY UNINSTALL IT.

SOFTWARE. As used in this Agreement, the term "Software" means
Reportizer Viewer software program supplied by Vitaliy Levchenko Software.

OWNERSHIP. You acknowledge that the Software is a product of
Vitaliy Levchenko. It is protected by international copyright law. All
copyrights are exclusively owned by Vitaliy Levchenko.

LICENSE GRANT. Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Vitaliy Levchenko
Software hereby grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable
license to: (a) install the Software, (b) use the Software for your
internal use, (c) copy the Software for back-up or archival purposes,
and (d) redistribute the Software along with your own software products
inside or outside your own install packages (only after you purchase
Vitaliy Levchenko Software products Reportizer and/or Database Tour Pro
and keep the original install package of the Software unchanged).

NO WARRANTIES. The Software is distributed "as is" WITHOUT WARRANTY
OF ANY KIND. You use the Software at your own risk. Vitaliy Levchenko
Software will not be liable to you or any third party for any kind of
consequences, which occur or not occur while installing, using,
or uninstalling the Software.

RESTRICTIONS. Except as provided in this Agreement, you may not:
1. Sublicense, sell, lease, rent, permit use of, give, or lend the Software
or any copy or portion thereof;
2. Decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer, analyze, or otherwise attempt to
discover the source code of the Software;
3. Reconfigure or modify the Software in order to enable features or
functionality different than those described in the Software documentation;
4. Use or incorporate the Software or any portion thereof in any other product
without the prior written permission of Vitaliy Levchenko;
5. Remove, alter, or obscure the copyright, trademark, proprietary, or other
notices from the Software or any of its screen displays;
6. Translate the Software without written permission of Vitaliy Levchenko
Software.

DISTRIBUTION. You may redistribute the Software by any mean (CDROM,
Cover Disc, Web site...) as long as you keep the original install
package of the Software unchanged. You may not redistribute the
Software along with your own software products except cases described
above.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT. If you purchase Vitaliy Levchenko Software products
Reportizer and/or Database Tour Pro, you are eligible to receive the
technical support for the Software.

TERMINATION. You may terminate the Agreement at any time. Also, the
Agreement will terminate automatically if you fail to comply with the
restrictions described above. Upon any termination of this Agreement, you
must uninstall and destroy all copies of the Software from your computer
and all storage media.
