Quick Number Base Converter 1.3 is a little application that sits in the windows system tray and when you click on it, allows you to quickly convert numbers between decimal, hex, binary, octal, etc. It's a simple little tool, designed for those handy times when you need to convert numbers between bases. It also converts numbers to and from windows colors (i.e. type a hex number, see what RGB color it corresponds to).
