PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT ALL RECIPIENTS OF THIS PROGRAM ALSO HAVE OR CAN
READILY OBTAIN THE LATEST VERSION OF THE FOLLOWING FILES:

COMCTL32.DLL

This program, as with all of the many programs written in Visual C++
version 6.0, requires these files to be located in your WindowsSystem
(for Win9x) or WindowsSystem32 (for WinNT4/2000) subdirectory. It is
common practice not to distribute these DLLs with an application
because they are large and this would reduce download time each time
you obtain a Visual C++ program. Additionally, this would take up
much more space on CD-ROMs, BBS's, etc if they were distributed with
every application that requires them.
