License Agreement for Distribution of SpaceStationSim demo v2.2
SpaceStationSim demo v2.2 may be freely distributed, provided the software is not modified in any way. No person or company may charge a fee for the distribution of SpaceStationSim demo v2.2 without the prior written consent of the copyright holder.
Neither Vision Videogames, LLC, nor the distributor shall, under any circumstances, be liable to the other for consequential, incidental, indirect or special damages arising out of or related to this agreement or the transactions contemplated herein, even if such party has been appraised of the likelihood of such damages occurring. This Section does not apply to the infringement of intellectual property and shall not limit the remedies for such infringement.
Vision Videogames, LLC makes no warranty to distributor not expressly set forth in this agreement. All implied warranties, including the implied warranties of noninfringement, merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose are disclaimed and excluded by Vision Videogames, LLC.
If the distributor modifies the SpaceStationSim demo v2.2 or its packaging and such modification results in a claim, suit, or proceeding brought against the Vision Videogames, LLC on the issue of infringement of any patent, trademark, copyright, or trade secret, the distributor shall indemnify Vision Videogames, LLC against and defend and hold Vision Videogames, LLC harmless from any such claim, suit, or processing. |
